Inspired by the incredible flavors of my friend Maya's mom's pickled limes, I created this game-changing sauce! It's a flavor bomb made with our Pillar&Vine Candied Jalapeños and spicy Indian pickled lime slices.
Ingredients:
Spicy Indian pickled lime slices
Fresh cilantro
Fresh basil
Fresh parsley
Red onion or green onions
Pillar&Vine Candied Jalapeños
Olive oil
Preferred vinegar (with a good balance of acidity)
